| Man taken Under Police Custody For Possessing Illegal Viagra In Park
Date:12th November 2008
A 55-year-old man has been reportedly arrested by the police for trespassing without paying any heed to an earlier warning and also for acquiring the anti-impotency medicine Viagra without a prescription.
According to a revelation by sheriff's deputies, this man was earlier handcuffed by the police from a park for indulging in sexual activity with two other men and was therefore banned from the park. However, when the police found the accused taking part in homosexual acts with other two men openly in a minivan, they handcuffed him on the charge of committing lascivious and unnatural act, showing unruly conduct and indecent exposure. But, two weeks back, while conducting a security check at Gulf Islands National Seashore, a sheriff's deputy spotted him, radioed to confirm the trespass warning given to the man and later he was again arrested from the same park with Viagra tablets in his pocket.
However, when the sheriff's deputy stumbled upon the accused in the park, he undertook a thorough search of the man's pockets and discovered a leather purse containing one Viagra pill. He rang up the poison control center and as the tablet was confirmed to be the erectile dysfunction medicine Viagra, he took the man into custody on the basis that the Viagra pill was found without a prescription.
