| Man Convicted Of Raping Wife Appears To Be A Viagra User

A trial in La Salle County Circuit Court thrust the accusation on Russell H. Nolan Jr. that he broke into his estranged wife's home in June 2006 and raped her at knifepoint and a testimony by the accused also revealed that he had obtained viagra prescription and a viagra pill was found with him at the moment of crime.
In the hearing, the 37-year-old accused strongly denied committing any rape on his wife and said that he indeed had sexual intercourse with his alienated wife but it was consensual. He also refused to acknowledge that he had viagra pills with him at the moment of crime.
Russell H. Nolan Jr. who was a laborer for a concrete business in Naperville and also worked for a construction company at the time of the incident, is scheduled to spend several years in prison if convicted of the rape charges.
Nolan, married his wife and shifted to Illinois about nine years ago after living together in for three years in Missouri.
