Teenager Forced to Eat Viagra-Laced Brownies in 2002, Ordered Compensation
Date: March 4, 2006
The Martin County Court ordered a compensatory amount of $20,000, to a teenaged boy who claims, had been forced to eat laxatives and Viagra-laced brownies in the year 2002, when he did community service at the local fire station.
The teenaged boy and his father had sued the County Commission and the two fire-fighters who had their role in forcing the boy to eat those brownies and making him hospitalized. However the County attorneys have been saying that the boy might have had already some form of ill-health due to which he needed medical relief and not because of eating those brownies and the laxative. The County leaders have been making efforts to do away with the case.
On Thursday, finally the Martin Circuit judge Robert Makemson, approved a settlement that would make the County to give $20,000 as compensatory damage to the boy for being harassed by the two fire-fighters who harassed the boy while he worked with them.
