| Police Confiscates Counterfeit Viagra Pills In China

The national campaign throughout China to lay seizure on counterfeit medicines has led to the confiscation of almost 18000 Viagra tablets by the Chinese police in a recent crackdown in the eastern province of Zhejiang . Further, reports revealed by the state media have clarified that the police has seized around one tonne erectile dysfunction drugs and several other medicines used in the treatment of bird flu and malaria.
Sources reveal that the gang raided by the police were manufacturing fake Viagra pills and selling them off to total 12 countries including United States and Holland .
It has also become evident that after the raid, the Chinese police have detained more than 30 people in connection with selling and manufacturing these drugs.
Further, according to a revelation by the Xinhua news agency, the Ministry of Public Security in China recently made the announcement that 10 of its topmost cases were concerned with issues such as counterfeit drugs and fake toothpastes.
