Another Man gets arrested in Viagra Scam

Civil officers in Mallorca , Spain , have arrested a 68 year old American-RJA- accused of selling counterfeit Viagra pills on the internet.

Last week on Friday at 5:30 in the evening the man was arrested from his home situated in the town of Deia . The man is supposed to be the leader of such a gang that was involved in a racket of selling many counterfeit drugs like fake Viagra pills, Propedio and other sexual drugs meant to treat erectile dysfunction in men. These drugs either did not contain the active ingredients required or were inflicted with other serious manufacturing flaws.

The operation is believed to have netted millions of euros across the globe though the most disappointed customers were mainly in Germany . In a joint operation with the German police, an international arrest warrant was issued and a request made for the man's subsequent extradition to Germany , where he faces a prison term of around ten years.

RJA was arrested after he returned from a Christmas skiing holiday in the Swiss Alps.

The man is also sought by the FBI for the illegal distribution of a growth hormone
